Work Schedule: 25–30 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join the IRAS (Item Recognition as a Service) team within the Intelligent Store Execution Engine (ISEE) platform at Walmart/Sam's Club.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in building and managing end-to-end MLOps pipelines, production-grade machine learning systems, and cloud-based ML infrastructure. You will work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Platform teams to build scalable machine learning solutions supporting computer vision and intelligent retail applications.

Key Responsibilities
Own the complete MLOps lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines.
Develop CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.




Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and performance tracking.
Productionize and optimize data science code.
Enable model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize MLOps best practices.
Support multiple ML products and initiatives simultaneously.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with end-to-end MLOps lifecycle
Excellent Python programming skills
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals
Experience with MLflow and/or Kubeflow
Cloud experience (GCP preferred, Azure also acceptable)
SQL and Big Data technologies (Spark, Databricks, etc.)
Docker & Kubernetes
Shell scripting
Experience supporting production ML platforms
