We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of web/mobile applications through manual testing. Your role will be critical in maintaining high software quality standards and providing reliable solutions that meet user and business requirements. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to validate functionality and user experience. Analyze product requirements and create comprehensive, well-structured test cases.
Perform functional, regression, ad-hoc, and sanity testing of web/mobile applications.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing as needed.
Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform root cause analysis of critical issues and recommend process improvement.




Delivered training or demo to other QA engineers and business stakeholders when needed.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective.
Maintain open communication channels with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Assist in continuously improving QA processes, tools and best practices to enhance software testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
4+ years of experience as quality assurance engineer.
Relevant certificate in software testing or quality assurance (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar).

Skills

Experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
Experience in the e-commerce industry is advanced.
Familiar with Agile/scrum methodology.
Proven experience in software testing - test planning, execution and reporting.
Strong hands-on experience with functional and UI testing.
