About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor to join our in-house Digital Marketing team.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing and producing high-quality, engaging and conversion-focused video content for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Reels, Stories and other digital marketing platforms.
This is not purely a post-production role. The ideal candidate should understand how video creatives are used for lead generation, identify strong hooks, maintain viewer attention and create multiple variations of the same concept for performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-converting video advertisements for Facebook and Instagram Ads.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
Develop strong opening hooks within the first 2–3 seconds to capture attention.
Edit talking-head videos, promotional videos, UGC-style videos, testimonials and educational content.
Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and background music.




Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing of hooks, offers, messaging, visuals and CTAs.
Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form advertising creatives.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
Create creatives for different stages of the marketing funnel — awareness, engagement, lead generation and retargeting.
Adapt videos into different formats including 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5.
Ensure videos meet Meta advertising specifications and maintain qualified visual quality.
Incorporate brand guidelines, disclaimers, offers, CTAs and required compliance messaging.
Analyse creative performance and use campaign insights to improve future videos.
Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, music, graphics and final creatives.
Stay updated with current Instagram, Facebook, Reels and short-form video trends.
