Role Overview

This role is well-suited to candidates experienced in offshore/US client accounting, who bring solid bookkeeping, reconciliation, and audit support skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping and audit support for offshore (US) clients
Assist with the preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports




Perform catch-up bookkeeping and bank/ledger reconciliations
Prepare 1099s and support related year-end filings
Support the month-end and year-end close process
Audit, process, and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time
Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and bill customers
Collect, categorize, calculate, verify, and enter data to maintain accurate records
Assist with internal audits and SOX testing/compliance
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve financial queries and share data-driven insights
Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho Books required
2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or audit support, ideally with offshore/US client exposure
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis
Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliations, 1099 preparation, a
