We’re growing fast and looking for a Performance Marketer / Meta Ads Manager who can take complete ownership of our Meta growth and help us scale revenue profitably.

What You'll Own
We’re looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Manager who can own the Meta Ads function end-to-end, from campaign strategy and execution to revenue, ROAS and continuous growth. You will work closely with the founders and be responsible for making Meta a stronger and more scalable revenue channel for BeginBird.

Key Responsibilities
Own Meta Ads performance and revenue end-to-end
Plan, launch and optimize Meta campaigns across acquisition, retargeting and remarketing
Develop and execute strategies to improve ROAS, CAC and overall revenue
Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaign structures,



offers and messaging
Identify underperforming campaigns and troubleshoot issues proactively
Work closely with the creative team to identify winning creatives and develop new creative directions based on performance data
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR and revenue
Develop weekly/monthly performance reports and clearly communicate key insights and actions
Work closely with the founders on growth strategy, budgets, promotions and overall business performance
Take ownership of month-on-month improvement in Meta-driven revenue and efficiency
Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, best practices and new growth opportunities

What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing Meta Ads for a e-commerce brands
Robust understanding of Ads Manager, campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting & scaling, ROAS, CAC,
