The Role NWe're looking for someonewith a strong customer-facing background including cabin crew, ground staff, or hotel/hospitality who wants to move into a content, growth, and customer experience role, using AI tools as a core part of how they work. You won't need prior technical or design experience. You will need to be a fast learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable being trained on AI-assisted workflows for content creation, communication, and light data work.
NThis is a hybrid, versatile role, not a narrow content or support job. Over time you'll own a meaningful slice of how we communicate with range of customers segments.
What You'll Do N

- Create and schedule social media content (posts, short video, captions) using AI-assisted tools, under brand guidelines N
- Draft and refine blog posts, landing page copy, and email/WhatsApp sequences with AI as a first-draft tool N
- Manage day-to-day communication with leads and enrolled customers, answering queries, following up,



coordinating field visits or touchpoints N
- Support SEO and contenthygiene (metadata, avoiding duplicate/competing content) N
- Track basic performancedata (what content and pages convert) and flag issues N
- Assist with program coordination including field visit logistics N

What You Bringn

- 2-5 years in a customer-facing role: cabin crew, ground staff, or hotel/hospitality (front office, guest relations, concierge) N
- Robust written and verbal communication in English N
- Comfort learning new digital tools quickly with no coding required, but genuine curiosity about AI tools is essential N
- High attention to detail and follow-through N
- Calm, service-oriented temperament - you've handled demanding customers under pressure before N
- Willingness to travel occasionally (Domestic & Overseas) N
