Job Summary:
The Accounting Associate is responsible for providing professional level accounting support to the accounting and inventory areas. This position is responsible for weekly inventory reconciliation for cardlock and dealer locations.
The associate will be responsible for assisting in the monthly close process of our liquid inventory along with variance analysis and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory location transactions for accuracy.
- Input and post receipt of bulk fuel purchases at the terminal.
- Order Verification - Verify that the delivery information is correctly loaded into the system. Coordinate with Transport & Purchasing to ensure any Bill of Ladings are processed correctly.
