Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Strategy Head to lead our Creative and Concept teams in delivering cutting-edge, immersive, and impactful brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conceptualizing large-scale events, corporate engagements, MICE, exhibitions, product launches, and experiential campaigns while driving creative excellence across pitches and project execution.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can transform client briefs into compelling concepts, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and ensure exceptional creative output that aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Creative Strategy, Concept, and Design teams.
- Establish and drive the overall creative vision across all projects.
- Ensure creative excellence throughout ideation, development, and execution.
- Maintain consistency in creative quality and brand storytelling.

Concept Development
- Translate client briefs into innovative experiential concepts and integrated campaigns.




- Develop unique event themes, engagement ideas, and immersive brand experiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough thinking.
- Present creative concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.

Pitch Management
- Own the creative direction for new business pitches.
- Collaborate with Client Servicing, Business Development, Production, and Design teams.
- Ensure presentations are strategically sound, visually impactful, and commercially viable.
- Support business growth through compelling creative solutions.

Team Management
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing Creative and Concept teams.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Coach team members through regular feedback and development plans.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

Client Engagement
- Participate in client meetings to understand objectives
