The role requires a proactive skilled who can ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, support management with financial insights, and coordinate effectively with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, reconciliations, and responding to departmental queries.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing,



and issuance of certificates.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities during assessments and audits.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise management on compliance requirements.

Banking & Treasury Management
- Manage daily banking transactions and maintain banking relationships.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and loan-related documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.

Foreign Trade & Import-Export Documentation
- Manage accounting and compliance related to import and export transactions.
- Coordinate documentation relating to Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), foreign rem
