Role- Project Manager
Role Type- FullTime Contract
Duration- 2 Months ( It may Extend, that is totally depending on the project Progress only )
Work Mode- Gurugram/Remote

Responsibilities
- Mandatory skills (must-have)
- IT project management and delivery
- Experience managing Dynamics 365 or CRM implementation projects
- Project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Budget and vendor management
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Requirements, testing, and go-live coordination

Preferred skills (nice-to-have)
- Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation experience
- Contact Center transformation projects




- Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
- Change management and user adoption experience

Tools, systems, or technologies required
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Office 365
- Power BI

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
