Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the real estate market.



Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property solutions, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and preparing regular reports and forecasts on sales activities and market trends. The Business Development Executive will also participate in promotional activities, site visits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
