Role Description The Estimation Engineer role at City One is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for residential and commercial projects, coordinating with project and design teams to gather technical inputs, and analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on material and labor rates, assisting in vendor negotiations,
updating estimation databases, and supporting project budgeting and cost control activities. The role also involves reviewing ongoing project costs, identifying variances, and providing estimation support for new and upcoming developments.

Candidates should possess strong BOQ preparation and project estimation skills.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in civil engineering and construction practices.
Candidates should possess effective negotiation skills for vendor and contractor dealings.
Candidates should possess research skills for market rate analysis and cost benchmarking.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in real estate or construction estimation, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in estimation and MS Office tools; familiarity with CAD or relevant software is an advantage.
