Your Contribution

Supervise daily fettling activities for cast iron/steel/aluminum castings.
Manage grinding, cutting, chipping, and shot blasting operations.
Ensure proper finishing of castings as per quality standards and customer requirements.
Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance.




Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Identify casting defects and take corrective actions.
Maintain production reports, shift records, and rejection data.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage in the fettling area.
Monitor tool usage and machine maintenance for optimum productivity.
Train current workers on fettling processes and safety practices.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S activities in the department.
Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection and rework.
Identifies the opportunities for cost reduction task without impacting quality.
