Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Dehradun. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing operations at BeginBird, including order fulfilment, inventory, logistics, RTO management, customer support and operational reporting. You will work closely with the founders and lead the operations team to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently and with minimal errors as the business scales.

What You’ll Do
Operations & Team Management
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations with the team.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Build and improve SOPs and processes across the operations function.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, fulfilment,



logistics & customer support.
Order Fulfilment & Logistics
Oversee daily order processing, fulfilment, packing, labelling & courier handover across all sales channels.
Manage and monitor orders across Shopify, Amazon, Blinkit and other relevant platforms.
Track pending, delayed, failed and cancelled orders and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor courier performance and identify recurring logistics issues.
Manage RTOs/NDRs, identify patterns and implement measures to reduce RTO rates.
Inventory Management
Own inventory management across the warehouse and sales channels.
Ensure accurate stock tracking, reconciliation and regular physical audits.
Monitor inventory movement and maintain healthy stock levels.
Coordinate with the team on replenishment and reorder requirements.
Plan and manage inventory allocation across channels, including Amazon FBA where required.
