Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote Homecraft Engineering’s prefab homes and related offerings. Daily tasks include producing visual and written content (posts, reels, short videos, stories),



scheduling and monitoring campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects the company’s values of sustainability, quality, and innovation. The role involves community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and collaborating with internal teams to feature ongoing projects, customer stories, and educational content. The Social Media Content Creator will also track performance metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements to content and social media strategy.
