Role Description This is an on-site Relationship Manager role based in Tosham.



The Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of retail and small business customers, ensuring high-quality service, timely resolution of queries, and proactive engagement to strengthen long-term relationships. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, cross-selling and up-selling appropriate banking products, supporting loan and account opening processes, and maintaining accurate customer records in line with bank policies. The role involves close coordination with branch operations, credit teams, and business correspondent partners to ensure seamless customer experience and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to branch business growth by meeting assigned targets, conducting local market outreach, and promoting Shivalik Small Finance Bank’s digital and retail banking solutions.
