Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Danapur. The Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with Dibber’s Nordic-inspired pedagogy, integrating play-based and experiential learning into daily classroom activities. Responsibilities include creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment, guiding children’s social and emotional development, and monitoring and documenting their progress.



The Teacher will communicate regularly with caregivers, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and activities, and participate in staff training, meetings, and school events. The role also involves maintaining classroom resources, supporting indoor and outdoor play, and adhering to Dibber’s safety, hygiene, and child protection standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Teaching and Education, with experience in early childhood or preschool settings.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with children, caregivers, and colleagues in a explicit and supportive manner.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
