Key Responsibilities:* Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital Marketing & Data Science courses.* Follow up with leads via calls, Whats App, and emails to ensure conversions.* Maintain a solid understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industrytrends.* Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure,fees, duration,



and placement assistance.* Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.* Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
