The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, technical, and customer-focused Sales Engineer to be a key driver of our growth in the Indian market. You will be the technical champion for Open IAM’s solutions, partnering closely with our sales team & partners to understand complex customer requirements, architect compelling solutions, and demonstrate tangible business value. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes for our prospects and customers. Key Responsibilities Technical Pre-Sales:



Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales cycle from discovery and requirement analysis to proof-of-concept (POC), solution design, and technical closure. Solution Demonstration & Storytelling: Deliver compelling, customized demonstrations of the Open IAM platform that address specific customer pain points, use cases, and security/compliance requirements (e.g., IGA, SSO, MFA, IGA, PIM/PAM)Architecture & Scoping: Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents. Accurately scope POC and implementation requirements. Proof-of-Concept (POC) Execution: Plan, manage, and execute successful POCs/Pilots onsite or remotely, effectively handling technical objections and proving Open IAM's value. RFPs and Tenders: Should have an experience in answering the RFPs/Tenders, attending pre-bid meetings and play a consultant’s part while the customers are in the process of creating an RFP. Trusted
