Ad Operations Executive - Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution, optimization, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless campaign operations, maximizing delivery efficiency, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Management· Manage the complete campaign lifecycle - from onboarding and setup to delivery, optimization, and closure· Ensure campaigns are launched on time with accurate targeting, creatives, and tracking in place· Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance to meet campaign KPIs2. Ad Trafficking & Quality Assurance· Execute ad trafficking using platforms like Google Ad Manager· Perform thorough QA of media plans, creatives, and ad tags before launch· Generate, test, and troubleshoot third-party tags (VAST, VPAID, trackers, etc.)3.



Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting· Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize for better delivery and engagement· Identify and resolve delivery issues such as discrepancies, under-delivery, or tracking gaps· Work closely with tech teams to debug and resolve ad-serving issues4. Client & Stakeholder Management· Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for campaign updates· Coordinate with Sales, Product, Tech, Design, and Finance teams for smooth execution· Ensure timely communication on campaign status, delays, and performance insights5. Reporting & Insights· Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights· Track delivery vs. commitments and highlight risks proactively· Maintain accurate documentation for campaign learnings and benchmarks6.
