you will play a critical role in ensuring thesmooth operation of the system by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to providehigh-quality support, ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions. Job Requirements Experience in troubleshooting production issues in Saa S / fintech systems. Strong understanding of REST APIs, request/response handling, and hands-on experience with Postman. Basic knowledge of n8n workflows & Java Script ( like conditions, functions etc..) for debugging. Comfortable working with Linux environments, logs, and basic scripting. Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/UDP, IP whitelisting/blacklisting). Basic exposure to cloud (AWS IAM, S3) and SSL/TLS certificate management.
