About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can independently handle influencer campaigns from creator sourcing to final execution. The ideal candidate should be good at finding relevant creators, negotiating commercials, managing campaigns, and maintaining robust creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Source and shortlist relevant creators based on campaign requirements, audience, content quality, location, niche, and budget.
Scout creators manually through Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Reach out to creators, communicate campaign requirements, and check availability.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and other campaign terms.
Manage creators throughout the campaign lifecycle — onboarding, briefing, drafts, revisions, approvals, and posting.
Coordinate with creators and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time.
Track creator responses, commercials,



deliverables, deadlines, live links, and campaign status in Google Sheets.
Follow up consistently with creators for drafts, revisions, posting, and insights.
Monitor live content and ensure all campaign mandates are properly followed.
Collect campaign insights and assist in preparing performance reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, or a digital/media agency.
Strong understanding of Instagram and creator ecosystems.
Good eye for identifying quality creators and genuine content, not just creators with high follower counts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with creators over calls and WhatsApp.
Strong follow-up and execution discipline.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Forms.
