The Digitizer is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing prescription (Rx) ordersreceived through the online pharmacy platform. The role involves contacting customers forprescription collection, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with pharmacists, andfacilitating timely order fulfillment while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities● Review and process prescription (Rx) orders received through the online pharmacyplatform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.● Contact customers to collect, verify, or request valid prescriptions and resolveprescription-related queries.● Validate prescription details and coordinate with registered pharmacists for approvalin accordance with regulatory guidelines.● Update order statuses, call outcomes,



and customer interactions accurately in the CRM/Order Management System.● Follow up on pending prescription orders to ensure timely completion and improveorder conversion rates.● Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and pharmacy teams to facilitatesmooth and timely order fulfillment.● Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance withcompany SOPs and applicable pharmacy regulations.● Achieve daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets while delivering a professionaland customer-focused experience. Requirements● B. Pharm / D. Pharm (Preferred)● 1–3 years in Online Pharmacy / E-commerce Healthcare /Rx Operations. Tools & Systems● Order Management System (OMS), CRM & Dialer/Calling phone● Proficiency in Excel● Pharmacy Management System & Internal Rx Dashboard
