Grow Your Staff is looking for a Cold Email and Deliverability Specialist for a UK-based B2 B revenue growth consultancy. This is a full-time remote position. The role offers excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the Founder to build, manage, and optimize the cold email infrastructure behind multiple client outbound programmes, ensuring exceptional deliverability, campaign performance, and lead generation outcomes. Experience required: 2-5 years Time: 1:30 PM- 9:30 PM(Monday–Friday)CTC: 15- 20 LPALocation: Remote Type of employment: Full time Responsibilities Build and manage cold email infrastructure across multiple client accounts, including purchasing and configuring sending domains and Google Workspace inboxes. Configure and maintain DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, CNAME, and custom tracking domains to ensure optimal email authentication and deliverability. Provision, warm, monitor, and scale multiple Google Workspace inboxes while maintaining a continuous pipeline of new domains ready for deployment. Monitor domain reputation,



inbox placement, spam complaints, authentication rates, and blacklist status using Google Postmaster Tools and other deliverability monitoring platforms. Diagnose and resolve deliverability issues proactively to maintain high inbox placement and campaign performance. Build highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo, Seamless.ai, Linked In Sales Navigator, and similar platforms. Enrich prospect data using Clay, including waterfall enrichment, AI-powered research, API integrations, and buying signal identification. Verify prospect lists using tools such as Million Verifier, Never Bounce, or equivalent platforms to maintain low bounce rates and high data quality. Build, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, or similar cold email platforms. Manage email sequences, inbox rotation, sending schedules, personalization variables, spintax, and campaign optimization. Conduct A/B
