Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. The manager will oversee client acquisition and relationship management, guide clients through property selection and negotiation,



and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the transaction cycle. Daily responsibilities include coordinating property listings and site visits, updating market and inventory information, collaborating with finance partners to facilitate loan and mortgage solutions, and preparing regular sales reports. The Real Estate Sales Manager is also expected to identify current business opportunities, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions.
Qualifications
