Role: Network Security Engineer
Experience Range: 8 to 12 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Must Have:
experience in network security engineering
Strong hands-on experience with:
Palo Alto Networks firewalls (or equivalent NGFWs)
F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM)
Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP fundamentals)
Solid understanding of:
Network security principles (VPNs, IPS/IDS, NAT, segmentation)
Threat prevention technologies
Valuable to Have:
Lead the design and implementation of secure network architectures across on-premises and cloud environments
Define and implement network security standards, frameworks, and best practices
Provide architectural guidance for enterprise-scale deployments
• Network Security Engineering
Deploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls (or similar technologies such as Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, Check Point)




Implement and maintain network segmentation, access controls, and threat prevention mechanisms
Perform security reviews and risk assessments for new and existing infrastructure
• Load Balancing & Traffic Management
Design and manage F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS) solutions
Optimize application delivery through secure load balancing and traffic routing
• Cloud Security
Work with services such as security groups, NACLs, WAF, VPNs, and private endpoints
Ensure secure connectivity across hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Customer & Problem Resolution
Engage with customers/stakeholders to understand requirements and solve complex security challenges
Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority network security incidents
• Operations & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and improve network security posture
Automate security processes and improve operational efficiency
Stay updated with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technolo
