Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Ads Manager to own and scale paid advertising across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.

The primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through marketplace and quick-commerce advertising, optimize budgets, improve ROAS, and work closely with external agencies to ensure campaigns deliver against business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Advertising

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
* Own platform-wise ad budgets, revenue targets, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS and profitability.
* Develop campaign structures across products, categories, keywords, and platforms.
* Continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords, placements, and campaign targeting.




* Identify opportunities to scale high-performing SKUs and campaigns.

2. Agency Management

* Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external performance agencies.
* Communicate campaign objectives, budgets, product priorities, and targets to agencies.
* Review campaign performance with agencies on a regular basis.
* Challenge agency recommendations and ensure timely execution of optimizations.
* Ensure agencies are accountable for agreed revenue, ROAS, and efficiency targets.

3. Performance Analysis

* Monitor key metrics including:

* ROAS
* ACOS / TACOS
* Ad Revenue
* Ad Spend
* CPC
* CTR
* Conversion Rate
* Ad Contribution
* Analyze SKU-level and platform-level performance to identify growth opportunities.
* Track daily performance and proactively highlight deviations from targets.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
