About The Role

Dhruvsoft Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with experience in ERP and CRM software sales. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in lead generation, consultative selling, and B2B sales, with the ability to identify customer requirements and drive the complete sales cycle.

Candidates with prior experience selling ERP/CRM solutions such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, Sage, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or similar enterprise applications will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and networking.
Identify and engage prospective clients across SMEs, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable ERP/CRM solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, product introductions, and schedule product demonstrations with solution consultants.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.




Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions in coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Technical Consultants to ensure successful customer engagements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, or CRM Sales.
Experience selling ERP/CRM products or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, and IT Tele Sales.
Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
