Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Jaipur. The Associate will support daily operations related to online bus and Volvo bookings, timetables, and customer service activities. Responsibilities may include assisting passengers with booking inquiries, verifying schedule information, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring accurate data entry in booking systems. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks, preparing simple reports,
