About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Agentforce Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations, with a solid understanding of CRM and enterprise AI use cases.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, administrators, and development teams to build secure, scalable, and intelligent Agentforce solutions that improve customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for business use cases.
Build and customize AI agents, topics, actions, instructions, and workflows.
Configure Agentforce Data Libraries, grounding, prompts,



and AI-driven experiences.
Develop custom Agentforce actions using Apex, Flow, REST APIs, and Salesforce automation.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support data grounding, personalization, and AI use cases.
Develop and optimize Prompt Templates / Prompt Builder solutions.
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and support Salesforce functionality where required.
Implement appropriate security, access controls, data protection, and governance for AI solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, debug, and optimize Agentforce implementations.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, documentation, and production support.
Stay current with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and platform cap
