Role Description The Store Manager role at NEEDLEDUST is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.



This role involves engaging directly with customers, providing exceptional service, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships that reflect the brand’s premium positioning. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures. This position also requires mentoring team members, scheduling shifts, reporting store metrics, and collaborating with head office to improve store performance and customer experience.
