Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Note: This job role requires employee to work from office and working remotely/ from home will not be permissible) a) Employee Onboarding & Orientation 1. Manage end-to-end pre-onboarding & onboarding activities, including document collection, offer-related documentation, employee communication, and joining formalities. 2. Ensure a seamless pre-onboarding & onboarding experience, & post onboarding support to current hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. 3. Preparing and distributing onboarding welcome kits. 4. Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees. 5. Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation. 6.



Create and maintain employee personnel files and records in Zoho People HRMS. 7. Work closely with internal stakeholders including BU heads, team leads, HRBPs, Admin and IT, to ensure smooth onboarding experience.

Handle high-volume employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Strong experience in bulk data upload and employee data management on Zoho People.

b) Documentation & HR Administration 1. Prepare and maintain employment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents. 2. Manage employee records and statutory documentation. 3. Conduct regular audits of employee files and HR databases. 4. Ensure all HR documents are updated and filed appropriately. 5.
