Role Description The Operations Trainee role at SARUH is a full-time, in office position based in Thane. The trainee will support day-to-day operational activities, including monitoring client accounts, collecting and organizing operational data, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports on platform usage and performance, and helping address operational issues for restaurant clients. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, tracking of key metrics,
and consistent service quality. This position is designed to provide practical exposure to operations management within a technology-driven restaurant intelligence environment.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients.
Basic understanding of Sales processes and customer relationship management.
Interest or foundational knowledge in Operations Management to support daily workflows.
Project Management abilities to assist in coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and basic data analysis software.
