At Nynii, we're building India's trusted platform for verified home services—connecting families with reliable house helps, cooks, and caregivers through technology, transparency, and trust.
We're looking for a Founder's Office & Business Development Intern who is highly driven, curious, and eager to work closely with the founding team on strategy, business development, partnerships, and day-to-day execution.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll get a first-hand view of how a startup is built, scaled, and operated.

? What You'll Do
? Research and identify potential business partners, clients, and growth opportunities
? Support outreach, communication, and follow-ups with potential partners
? Conduct market research and competitor analysis
? Assist the Founder's Office in executing strategic business initiatives
? Track business development pipelines, leads, partnerships, and key metrics
? Prepare business briefs, presentations, reports, and meeting notes
? Coordinate with product, operations,



marketing, and sales teams to drive execution
? Identify opportunities to improve processes, revenue, customer acquisition, and overall business growth
⚡ Take ownership of special projects assigned by the founding team

? What We're Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with cold outreach, calls, emails, and business conversations
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Google Workspace
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to follow through
Someone who is comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup workplace
Most importantly, a builder's mindset and willingness to get things done
