About the Role
Are you passionate about the restaurant tech ecosystem and thrive at the intersection of digital growth and high-impact field sales?

At Knowforth Tech with SwadBrain, we are transforming how restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and QSRs streamline their billing, inventory, and operations. We are looking for a driven Mid-Level Business Development Executive / Lead (3–5 years experience) to spearhead our merchant acquisition engine.
In this dual-impact role, you will drive digital inbound funnels while leading, coaching, and scaling our feet-on-street sales team across key dining hubs.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales Leadership & Execution
Lead & Mentor: Manage daily targets, routes, and performance of the field sales team to ensure consistent merchant onboardings.
Key Account Closures: Step in for high-value demos, complex negotiation rounds,



and multi-outlet brand pitches.
Pipeline Management: Track end-to-end deal progression from initial pitch to POS deployment and merchant activation.
2. Digital Inbound & Demand Generation
Targeted Campaigns: Plan and execute digital outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Google Ads) targeting restaurant owners, F&B; consultants, and franchisees.
Lead Qualification: Nurture inbound digital leads through product walkthroughs, webinars, and automated follow-up sequences.
Content & Collateral: Collaborate on high-converting product demo videos, case studies, and pitch decks highlighting SwadBrain's ROI.
3. Market Feedback & Growth Strategy
Map competitive POS solutions, pricing models, and feature gaps to refine SwadBrain’s positioning.
Work directly with product leadership to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
