Role Description The Hospitality Portfolio Manager is a full-time, remote work-from-home role. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Jaadooghar’s portfolio of stays, including onboarding new properties, maintaining relationships with existing hosts, and ensuring quality and performance across the portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, reviewing pricing, coordinating with local partners, and adjusting the portfolio mix to meet demand and profitability targets. The Hospitality Portfolio Manager will contribute to strategic planning for expansion into current destinations and categories.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends,



and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Finance skills to understand revenue, costs, margins, and financial reporting related to the hospitality portfolio.
Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to oversee, optimize, and balance a diverse set of properties and experiences.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of travel technology like CRMs, Channel Manager, PMS systems along with OTA handling.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hosts and vendors.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, destinations, and projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with spreadsheets and analytics tools with a strong execution mindset.
