Role Description This is a full-time, in office Odoo Functional Consultant role based in Noida. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications within the Odoo framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, testing and validating workflows, preparing documentation,



and delivering end-user training. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams for customizations, providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing solutions to improve clients’ operational efficiency. The consultant is expected to participate in implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements, map processes, and propose effective Odoo-based solutions.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions, requirement gathering, documentation, and user training.
Solid understanding of business processes across areas such as sales, inventory, procurement, HR, and operations.
