We are scaling rapidly across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels and are looking for a sharp, data-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to scale our footprint on Amazon on a high-upside, performance-linked model.
Role Overview
As our Amazon Ads Specialist, you will take full ownership of our Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy, execution, and optimization. You will manage and scale our Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns to maximize ROAS, lower ACoS, and drive high-intent sales growth.
Under our commission-based structure, your earning potential scales directly with your ability to generate profitable ad-driven revenue. We are looking for someone confident in their skills,
with a proven track record in scaling beauty, personal care, or skincare brands on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage end-to-end Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
Budget & Bid Management: Monitor daily ad spend, optimize keyword bids, and allocate budgets dynamically to high-performing ASINs and recent product launches (e.g., cleansers and capsule treatments).
Keyword & Market Research: Conduct continuous keyword research, ASIN targeting analysis, and competitor tracking to capture high-intent search volume in the skincare category.
Performance Optimization: Regularly audit campaigns to eliminate wasted spend, refine negative keyword lists, and improve key metrics including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate (CVR).
