Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.



The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with international and domestic buyers, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves collaborating with sourcing, logistics, and documentation teams to align customer requirements with product availability and export procedures. The Account Manager will also monitor account performance, resolve service or quality issues, maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems, and identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new customers.
