Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA)

Location: Office-Based (Chandigarh/Mohali/Tricity Area)
Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare Process)

About the Role:
We are hiring freshers only for the Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) role. Candidates must have a healthcare background and excellent English communication skills to support patients and healthcare providers in a US healthcare environment.

Eligibility:
Freshers only
B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, GNM, ANM, or related healthcare qualification
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable working night shifts
Must be based in or willing to work from the Chandigarh/Mohali/Tricity area

Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and appointment scheduling
Update patient information in healthcare systems




Assist with prescription refills and provider coordination
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
Provide professional patient support and administrative assistance

Required Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace)
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
