Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) with proven experience in fine dining and European cuisine. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on expertise in fresh pasta, pizza, sauces,



and European culinary preparations.
The CDP will take ownership of an assigned section and work closely with the Sous Chef and wider culinary team to ensure consistent execution, quality, presentation, and smooth service operations.
This role is particularly suited to a chef who enjoys pre-opening environments, menu development, recipe trials, establishing kitchen standards, and building systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the assigned kitchen section and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
Execute European cuisine consistently in accordance with recipes, specifications, and fine-dining standards.
Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in fresh pasta preparation, pasta sauces, pizza dough, pizza preparation, and related European techniques.
Maintain exceptional standards of taste, texture, presentation, plating, and portion control.
