What are we looking for?

Prior experience or internships (3 months+) in a fast-paced startup, consumer brand, or agency is a solid plus
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, or brand marketing.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Hindi (spoken)
Strong bias for action - you’ll be given freedom, and expected to move fast and figure things out
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to analyse campaign performance and work comfortably with numbers
Experience using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
Someone who is responsible and does not require constant follow-ups and management

What will you do?

60% - Influencer Marketing,



Social Media and ancillary work:
Identify, negotiate, manage, and maintain relationships with influencers to deliver branding and transaction-driven campaigns.
Build and continuously improve processes for influencer selection, negotiation, approvals, payments, content delivery, and performance evaluation.
Secure and manage ad rights to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-performing creative for digital marketing.
Manage social media pages, topical content calendars, boosting strategy, and content licensing/ad rights.
20% - Data & Insights
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and drive improvements based on data and insights.
20% - Content generation
Create UGC content independently and through AI-powered tools to support marketing objectives.
