Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for leading and growing the sales function for Applied Engineering Services, This role involves defining and executing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met. The Head of Sales will manage and mentor the sales team, oversee key account relationships,



and drive new business development in relevant industrial markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients and prospects, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with operations and finance teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and risks. The role also requires implementing sales processes and tools, forecasting sales pipelines, and regularly reporting results and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
