We are seeking two (2) ambitious, highly analytical, and self-driven Founders' Office Interns (Business Development & Strategy) to work directly alongside the Founder.

In this role, you will be embedded in the company's core strategy and execution. You will not be doing repetitive entry-level tasks; instead, you will actively contribute to strategic growth initiatives, market research, business development pipelines, and operational decision-making.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role designed for candidates who want an accelerated learning curve in startup operations, healthcare tech/AI, and venture scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office Support: Assist the Founder in strategic decision-making, preparing executive presentations, investor pitch decks, and internal performance tracking.
Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct competitive intelligence, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, and industry benchmark studies to identify new growth vectors.
Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and outreach to potential strategic partners, enterprise clients,



and institutional collaborators.
Strategic Projects & Operations: Drive cross-functional projects spanning growth, product positioning, commercial strategy, and partnership pipelines.
Data Analysis & Insights: Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into actionable strategic insights and executive summaries.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Problem-Solving Skills: Solid analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and extract insights from unstructured data.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for drafting pitch presentations, reports, and outreach emails.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (Excel/Sheets for analysis, PowerPoint/Slides
