Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Travel Sales & Relationship Consultant to join our growing team. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, lead conversion, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and qualified leads.
* Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budgets, and occasions.
* Recommend suitable villas, luxury stays, retreats, and curated travel experiences.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.




* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close bookings.
* Upsell premium stays, upgrades, experiences, and additional services.
* Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups, and booking details in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience after booking.
* Encourage repeat bookings, referrals, and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
* Travel & Hospitality experience is mandatory.
* Proven ability to handle customers and convert leads into bookings.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
* Robust customer relationship management abilities.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales and revenue goals.
* Passion for travel
