Sales CoordinatorJob Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and senior management with day-to-day sales operations, commercial documentation, customer coordination, reporting, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, commercial support, or a similar role and should be comfortable handling multiple activities simultaneously.

The candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate customer and sales information, preparing quotations and commercial proposals, tracking inquiries and orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. The role also involves supporting management with MIS reports, presentations, customer meetings, exhibitions, and sales-related administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations, commercial proposals, offers, and sales-related documents.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases and sales records.




Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, pending information, and orders.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and documentation.
Track customer inquiries, quotations, order status, and sales pipeline activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
Prepare presentations and sales-related reports for management review.
Coordinate customer meetings, visits, and appointments.
Support the Director and sales team with scheduling and sales-related activities.
Maintain exhibition-related data and coordinate visitor information and follow-ups.
Support sales and marketing teams during exhibitions, events, and customer meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and timely communication between customers and internal teams.
Handle email communication and maintain qualified correspondence with customers.
