Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Panvel, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. This role coordinates with sales teams, lenders, legal representatives, and clients to ensure all documentation, funding, and compliance requirements are accurately completed prior to closing. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing closing files, validating loan and mortgage terms,



tracking funding status, and resolving discrepancies or issues that may delay completion. The Closing Manager will maintain detailed records, monitor timelines, communicate proactively with all stakeholders, and support a smooth, professional closing experience that aligns with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Closings and Funding, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Proficiency in Sales processes related to real estate, including coordination with sales teams and client communication.
Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending, including documentation, compliance, and basic understanding of lending policies.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling contracts and financial records.
