We're looking for Quality Assurance Testers

Responsibilities

Review business requirements, functional specifications, and design documentation to understand application behavior and testing needs
Develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases covering functional, regression, and end-to-end requirements
Create and execute automated tests for generated reports and outputs, including HTML, PDF, and Excel formats
Perform manual testing to validate application functionality, usability, and expected business outcomes
Document test execution details, defects, results, observations, and testing summaries with explicit supporting evidence
Use SQL queries to validate, analyze, and manipulate test data across relevant databases
Work closely with developers, business teams, and customers to understand functionality and identify appropriate testing approaches
Design and maintain automated test coverage based on application requirements and evolving business needs
Conduct performance testing to assess application responsiveness, stability, and scalability




Perform accessibility testing to identify usability and compliance-related issues across applications and reports
Investigate, reproduce, and clearly communicate defects to development teams for timely resolution
Contribute to improving testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
