Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with learners and community members. The executive will monitor learner satisfaction, address concerns, and coordinate with trainers and internal teams to improve service quality.
Qualifications




Freshers with solid communication skills can also be considered for this role.
Ability to handle multiple queries and tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Comfort working in an on-site educational or training environment; prior experience in education, training, or services is an advantage.
Basic understanding of financial markets or willingness to learn the fundamentals of forex trading.
Proficiency with common office software and communication tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
