Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (Bar Bending Schedule) based in Rajapalaiyam. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review bar bending schedules, verify quantities for reinforcement steel,



and coordinate with structural designers to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include monitoring material usage, supporting cost planning and control for reinforcement works, and assisting in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) reports.

Responsibilities, Qualifications and Remuneration
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or in related field.
English language should be in Professional Proficiency.
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
Remuneration: ₹12,500 to ₹37,500 based on the experience.
Advantages: PF, Medical Insurance and 15 days annual leave.
Skills: AutoCAD, Blue Beam Revu and MS Excel in advanced level.
Experience with BOQ preparation and interpretation for reinforcement and structural works
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing bar bending schedules and quantity take-offs
Strong numerical and analytical skills for detailed measurements and data tracking.
Knowledge of construction standards, reinforcement detailing
